Abstract

Esta edición del Informe Científico Tecnológico ofrece un panorama general de las actividades de investigación y desarrollo ejecutadas por el Instituto Peruano de Energía Nuclear (IPEN), durante el período comprendido entre el 1 de enero al 31 de diciembre de 2002. Esta publicación incluye 58 artículos divididos en 10 áreas temáticas, tales como: física y química nuclear, ingeniería nuclear, materiales, aplicaciones industriales, aplicaciones biológicas, aplicaciones médicas, aplicaciones medioambientales, protección radiológica, seguridad nuclear y los aspectos de gestión.

This annual issue of Informe Científico Tecnológico provides an overview of research and development activities at Peruvian Institute of Nuclear Energy (IPEN) during the period from 1° january to 31 december, 2002. This report includes 58 papers divided in 10 subject matters: physics and nuclear chemistry, nuclear engineering, materials, industrial applications, biological applications, medical applications, environmental applications, protection and radiological safety, nuclear safety, and management aspects.
